PERSONAL TRAINING

At our gym or in the comfort of your own home, experience a 60 minute 1 -on-1 Personal Training session customized to help you get closer to whatever your current and future fitness goals are.  

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

There is motivation in numbers!  Put together your own group of friends and family or join one of our groups of 2-6 people. Enjoy a fun, intense, and effective semi-private training session.  

SPORTS CONDITIONING

No matter what sport you play, our sports conditioning program is designed to help you level up your skill and 10X your performance.  

GOLF PERFORMANCE

Learn the skills, mechanics, and fundamentals to take your game to another level.  Learn how to create stability and strength, improve thoracic mobility and range of motion where it’s needed.  Develop better core rotation and effective power transfer.  These are just some of the many aspects we will teach you that will directly and indirectly improve your overall golf game.  

CORRECTIVE EXERCISE

Part of life is dealing with and overcoming injuries.  Whether you are currently dealing with an injury or trying to prevent one, or even if you are progressing past physical therapy,  our corrective exercise program will help you strengthen the affected muscles and joints to insure that you can continue to improve, reinforce and strengthen your body.

NUTRITION COACHING

Healthy nutrition comes down to habits.  Learn how to break old habits and reinforce a stronger approach to food from a holistic standpoint.  Focusing on making decisions based on how food can nourish your body first rather than temporary indulgence.  Our nutrition coaching program will give you the mental framework to shift your choices towards fueling better, along with day-to-day strategies to improve your nutrition for health and longevity.  

MEET YOUR TRAINER

  • I have been a Personal Trainer in the Palos Verdes Peninsula Community for the last 9 years. 
  • I worked at the Bay Club in Rolling Hills for 8 years until the gym was closed at the end of March 2022. 
  • I started FIIT Life Personal Training and currently work from an existing private personal training facility at 722 Deep Valley Drive in Rolling Hills Estates. 
  • I specialize in many disciplines including functional fitness, injury prevention and rehabilitation, weight loss, and general fitness to name a few.
